Additional Service Upgrade Options
All live event photography service package are quoted based upon your initial selection. You can also select from a variety of additional upgrade options that are available for any live event photography package.
- Additional lighting package – $50 per hour of coverage
- Photoshop touchup editing of photos (blemishes, artifacts, stray hairs, whiten eyes and teeth, etc…) – $10 per photo
- Next day drop off of framed prints from photo shoot – Inquire for price
Purchase Terms
- Currency: All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Taxes: Applicable BC Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) apply to all purchases.
- Privacy: All plans, sessions, and final photographs are private. Client permission to use photographs in the photographer’s public portfolio or marketing is entirely optional.
- Usage Rights: The Client is granted unrestricted, non-commercial usage rights for all high-resolution photos and videos provided in digital format.
- Booking Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. This retainer covers administrative costs and guarantees the photographer’s exclusive availability, meaning other inquiries for this time slot will be turned away.
- Balance of Payment: The remaining 75% balance of payment is due 7 days before the scheduled session date.
- Cancellation & Refunds: If the Client cancels or reschedules the session, the 25% booking retainer is completely non-refundable. If the Client cancels within 7 days of the scheduled session, any balance paid is non-refundable to compensate for the lost booking opportunity and pre-session preparation.
